Vegan cheesy pizza

Who doesn’t love a pizza? For most people, the hardest part while going vegan is to give up on cheesy pizzas. But that’s not a problem anymore since I’ve come up with an easy cheesy pizza recipe! Please continue reading if you wish to make gooey and melty pizza.

Preparation time:

Literally 5 minutes for the cheese. Overall 15-20 mins for a pizza.

Servings: 6

Ingredients for the cheese:

  1. 75 gm tofu
  2. 2 teaspoons olive oil (optional)
  3. 25-30 (40-50 gm) cashews
  4. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  5. Salt according to taste and water according to the consistency you want.

Ingredients for the pizza:

  1. Vegan pizza base (I use the one by one golden bakery)
  2. Pasta pizza sauce (I use the brand Dr. Oetkar’s)
  3. Chopped yellow, red, and green bell peppers
  4. Chopped onions

Procedure for the cheese:

It’s a super simple 5-minute recipe! You just have to blend all the ingredients in a mixie till you get a smooth paste! And your cheese is ready!

Procedure for the pizza:

  1. Press the base using a masher on a pan and leave the edges.
  2. Spread pasta pizza sauce on the base and then spread pizza cheese over it.
  3. Add chopped onions and bell peppers as toppings.
  4. Bake the pizza at 180°C convection mode for 6 minutes.

Enjoy!

With this quantity of cheese, 6 pizzas can be made. Don’t forget to sprinkle oregano and chili flakes to make the pizza tastier! If you like pizza with ketchup, add it to the top.
